replacement shakes especially in the morning for breakfast.

Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients- 1 medium avocado cored and diced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 scoop of sugar-free vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Add all of the ingredients above into a blender and blend for up to 30
seconds or until you have a smooth mixture. Pour into a cup and drink it
right away. This smoothie should be used as a meal replacement shake,
therefore, you will have to skip meals when consuming this smoothie.
Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients- Coconut Milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 30 g Protein Powder
Blend all of the ingredients above and consume it for breakfast every day.
To successfully lose weight with smoothies, you must follow a low-calorie
diet and also consume at least 8 glasses of water daily to help remove
toxins and stored fat from your body.
Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Add the avocado, almond milk, and frozen berries into a blender and
blend well until smooth, pour into a cup and top it with the chia seeds.
Consume this smoothie daily for breakfast to help you lose
weight fast.
Acai Almond Butter Smoothie
Ingredients- 100g Unsweetened Acai Puree
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 of an Avocado
- 3 tbsp Collagen or Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Soften the acia puree by pouring warm water over it until you are able
to break it up into smaller pieces, put it into a blender along with
the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve right away and
consume it for breakfast daily to lose weight.
