Ingredients:
- 100 grams Riced Cauliflower
- 50 grams Cooked Ham, chopped
- 2 tbsp Frozen Peas
- 1 tbsp Chopped Spring Onions
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Salt and pepper
Procedure:
- To make a riced cauliflower, process the cauliflower florets using a food processor.
- Head up a frying pan or Wok and add the sesame oil
- Sizzle for only some few minutes the cooked ham
- Add the frozen peas, cauliflower, spring onions and cook for 5 minutes. Stir from time to time
- Add garlic powder, oyster sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper
